DELIVERY INFORMATION

Parcels are sent by Posten or UPS. You are notified via sms, be sure to enter the correct postal code and mobile number when ordering.

If damage is discovered later, this must be reported to Adamsbro within a maximum of 5 days after the delivery is received.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are shipped with Postnord or UPS for orders abroad.

We have our own stock, and our normal delivery times are 2-3 working days within Sweden.

3-5 working days within Europe.

5-7 working days delivery time to USA / ASIA.

CUSTOMS AND FEES

All prices displayed on ADAMSBRO are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes charged when the delivery reaches your delivery address.

You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that ADAMSBRO has no control over this and because these fees are different for different countries, ADAMSBRO cannot predict their amount.

WARRANTIES Our deliveries are fully insured. It is important that you as a customer check the receipt so that no damage has occurred in the delivery. Should the case be so, please sign up immediately upon receipt so () can bring back. If the damage is discovered later this will be notified to Adamsbro within a maximum of 5 days after receipt of delivery. Should any damage occur later, such as cracking in the concrete slab, please contact us. This does not happen because we want to meet the case. In case of damage / unusual wear on other goods please ask us to contact us. The right of appeal is 3 years. Right of appeal Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and must be notified to us by e-mail at info@adamsbro.se. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret. The deadline begins to run on the day you received the item. You have no right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken on a product. When using your right of withdrawal: You are required to keep the goods in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal. . RETUR How to make a return: 1. Contact our customer service by email: info@adamsbro.se or by phone and request a return ticket. Alternatively, you can fill in the Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal. The standard form can be downloaded here. Be sure that the information is correct and clear. 2. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging as well as a protective shipping package, equivalent to the one that was delivered to you. Do not forget to pack in return slip. 3. Return the item to Adamsbro using the return shipping note you received. When you make use of your right of withdrawal, you are always a customer for the return freight. Return shipping is adjusted in connection with the refund of your money. Returns usually take place in the same way as the goods are transported to you. Exceptions may apply if you wish to return only part of your order. Refunds are made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received and registered your return on our stock. REKLAMATION We guarantee that the goods shipped from us are complete and faultless goods. Should any damage occur during delivery, please contact us and post office will be responsible for the cost of the complaint and we will provide you with new, defective goods.
