All orders are shipped with Postnord or UPS for orders abroad.
We have our own stock, and our normal delivery times are 2-3 working days within Sweden.

CUSTOMS AND FEES
All prices displayed on ADAMSBRO are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes charged when the delivery reaches your delivery address.
You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that ADAMSBRO has no control over this and because these fees are different for different countries, ADAMSBRO cannot predict their amount.

GUARANTEES Our deliveries are fully insured. It is important that you as a customer check the received item so that no damage has occurred in the delivery. Should the case be, we ask you to report directly upon receipt so () can bring back. If the damage is discovered later, this must be reported to Adamsbro within a maximum of 5 days after delivery. Should any damage occur later such as crack in the concrete slab, please contact us. This will not happen, therefore, we want to cater for the case. If there is damage / unusual wear on another item, please also contact us. The right of complaint is 3 years.
REFUND Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and should be notified to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the item. You have no right of withdrawal if the seal is broken on an item. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it.You must not use it, but of course, carefully examine it.If the goods are damaged or lost because you are negligent you lose the right of withdrawal.
RETURN Here's how to make a return: 1. Contact our customer service via email: email@example.com or and request a return shipping note. Alternatively, you can fill in the Consumer Agency's standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can download the standard form here. Be sure the information is accurate and clear. 2. Pack the item properly, use the original product packaging as well as a protective shipping packaging, similar to what the item was delivered to you. Do not forget to pack in return slip. 3. Return the item to Adamsbro using the return shipping note sent to you. When you use your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are always responsible for the return shipping. The return shipping is adjusted in connection with the repayment of your money. Returns usually take place in the same way as the goods are transported to you. Exceptions can be made if you wish to return only part of your order. Refunds are made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received and registered your return on our stock.
CLAIMS We guarantee that the goods sent from us are complete and faultless goods. Should any damage occur during the delivery, we ask you to contact us, the postal representative is responsible for the cost of the complaint and we provide new, fault-free product. firstname.lastname@example.org
